Professor Kersey has a background in education, serving as Chancellor of European-American University. He holds an MBA and PhD from the Universidad Empresarial de Costa Rica (Business University of Costa Rica) as well as a management certificate from INSEAD. He has taught business at several colleges and universities, and has enjoyed a close working relationship with the OXCEL certification programme since 2007.

Dato’ Prof. Azahari Othman is among the distinguished corporate trainers and a celebrity speaker in the corporate training industry in Malaysia. He is a founder and a Master Coach of 8ELQ, and a Chief Consultant of Barefoot Consultancy, Training & Advisory. Dato’ Prof. Azahari Othman is a much sought-after motivational speaker by many well established corporations and government agencies, and has often appeared on television and radio in Malaysia. His role with OXCEL includes organising all activities in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in Malaysia. He has also been appointed as Pro-Vice Chancellor of European-American University. In July 2020, Dato’ Prof. Azahari Othman was honoured and awarded among highly accredited personalities in the 3rd Edition of Encyclopaedia Book BritishPedia of ‘Successful People In Malaysia’ by The British Publishing House, United Kingdom.
