OXCEL wishes it to be publicly known that it has no relationship whatsoever with an online institution called “Yahweh Hills University”. This entity claims to be incorporated in South Africa but according to our investigation is not authorized as a university by the South African government and appears to be operating in violation of the Higher Education Act 1997.
This entity has stated that it is recognized by OXCEL. This is not true and OXCEL has not consented to its name being used by this entity. Degrees from this entity will not be accepted by OXCEL because there is no evidence available to us that this entity has the necessary legal powers to confer any academic award.
European-American University degrees are awarded under the University's Royal Charter from the Kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara (Uganda) and incorporation as an international private university in the Republic of Panama. They are not United Kingdom degrees.
